I train in mixed martial arts at least 6 times a week so I'm always getting a work out and I'm sore and tired alot. I could use a good massage every now and then. lol. I eat healthy I drink water all day long and I love fish, baked chicken and seafood. I make great salmon! I'm from Philly but now I live in Fairless Hills.
