just finished a bulking cycle here are my stats:

height 5.7, weight 220, neck 18.1, chest 51.6, arms 18.3, forearms 14.2, waist (at the bellybutton) 36, quads 25.4 calves 16.5.

My ideal goal is to get as close as possible to 300, I'm willing to commit totally and exclusively into bodybuilding for the next years of my life, single sponsors or groups can apply, I can relocate at your place or nearby, maximum seriousness offered and required.
