Not a typical guy

There are a hundred sides to each and everyone of us and we are all unique. I'm independent but not stuck in my ways. I have an open mind, I'm slow to judgment as I recognize that no one is perfect. I forgive easily, mild-mannered soft spoken and easy going. I draw pencils and inks, paint sculpt and am very photographically and musically inclined. I've done most of the jobs out there from office, IT and Telecommunication to construction, I can fix and build just about anything given the right tools and materials. I wasn't raised in the U.S and do not have the typical habits of some of these guys raised here. You will never see me watch TV sports with a can of beer in my hand and I do not have to have the last word, especially if I know I'm right, LOL I have three beautiful and intelligent children, two girls 13 and 16 and a boy 9. They are the only individuals who keep me firmly planted to this reality we call life. Obviously any details would have to be communicated once contacted. Who I'm looking for is a little harder to define though but I know what I want in a partner. I want someone who tells me the truth and won't embellish anything to either spare my feelings or rub my ego as I'm emotionally and mentally stable. She has to be intelligent and engaging, shy is okay just as long as I'm not forced into monologuing although I do not mind "uncomfortable silences". Being together doesn't necessarily mean talking each other's ears off either. Same interests isn't a must as I believe being with someone doesn't mean always doing things together and personal space is also valued. She has a life, work and friends and so do I. On the other hand a sense of humor is a must as I like to keep the serious stuff of life light and stress-free. Looks aren't important unless you're a cross between a werewolf and Joy Behar and as far as size is concerned don't forget I'm 155lbs and with suffering one hernia for me safe sex does also involve light lifting... ;)
